Taking Care of Your Tee

- Wash inside out in cold water (max 30°C / 90°F)
- Non-chlorine bleach only, if you need it

Every item is made to order, just for you — so please allow 3-5 business days for us to work our magic before your order ships.
Estimated delivery times
Once it's on its way, expect delivery within 3–8 business days. And here's a fun fact: Canadian orders are printed and shipped from Canada, U.S. orders are printed and shipped from the U.S. Nothing crosses the border — so no surprise customs fees waiting for you at the door. You're welcome.
(In the rare case of a stock outage, we may ship from an alternate location — but we'll always keep it as close to home as possible and let you know before we make this kind of a change.
The fine print (we'll keep it short)
We'll do everything we can to get your order to you on time, but once it leaves our hands, it's in the wild. Weather, carrier delays, busy seasons, and the occasional cosmic inconvenience can all affect delivery times. When we absolutely make it right
If we sent you the wrong item, or your order arrives damaged or defective, we've got you — no questions asked. Just reach out to us at info@jaggededgedesign.ca within 30 days of your purchase date and include a photo of the issue. (A picture really does speed things up, and it's required to process your claim.) We'll sort it out.
Since every item is made just for you, we can't do exchanges or refunds for sizing — which is why we really, really, really want you to check the sizing chart before you order. (It's in the photos. It's right there. It's begging to be read.)
